Bryce Canyon and the Desperado Dual

Sorry for the delayed posting, but here are some pics from our trip to So. Utah the first week of August. Aaron and I did the Desperado Dual 100 miler together, along with our Brother-in-law, Matt Jensen. It was my first time in the saddle for an entire 100 miles and I must say, it was a blast! There is such a commradarie among cyclists and its just fun to cover so many miles of beautiful landscape without spending a dime on gasoline! :) We also camped with family for the weekend and visited Bryce Canyon. It was fun to see Garry and Elisse, Nate and Chris, Ashley and Matt and their families as well as Raeburn and Suzanne.
Abe REALLY loves playing with his cousin, Crispin.

Can you tell Abe is feeling pretty cool? We kept telling him he was Superman because he did this hike completely by himself! We didn't have to carry him even once! It was no shrimp of a hike either; probably 3 miles round trip with 500-600 ft of elevation.

Breanne LOVES camping!

Campin' it up.
