We went to visit Jeff, Megan, and Claire at their home in Virginia last weekend and had a ton of fun! Mom and Dad were out for Mother's Day weekend too, so we got to see them two weekends in a row! Abe loved playing with his cousin, Claire and sight-seeing in beautiful Virginia. We went to Virgina Beach....
Our parents and brother Dave came out this weekend for Breanne's baby blessing. We had a nice relaxing weekend with them and Abe LOVED all the attention. Aaron gave Breanne a very nice blessing on Sunday and we enjoyed the beautiful day with family. Thanks for coming Moms, Dads, and Dave! We love you, and Abe misses you already!
Ever since we moved into this house, we've had wild rabbits living in our crawl space. This past weekend, Aaron and his Dad went to work catching the rabbits and placing them in a box to release them outside. Raeburn even chased one around our furnace room floor for a good 15 minutes before finally snatching the little bugger! Before they released the rabbits outside, we took a little farewell photo op with Abe and our "pet" rabits while Aaron devised this genius hole-patching idea of shoving rocks in and around the hole. About an hour after releasing the rabbits outside, Aaron and Raeburn went out to check on things and found the rocks covering the hole completely removed, only to assume that the rabbits have now safely returned back to their warm home in our crawl space! Hahaha! Guess we better get some real hole-patching tools before spending all that time catching the rabbits next time eh?
